Ways to feel better when sick

This cold and body ache is lingering for more than I wanted it to. But today I was hell bent on finding some small little ways to make myself feel better. And they worked for me!
Treat yourself! The urge to eat this chocolate and salted caramel cupcake was so strong that it made me take a shower and walk to nearby market. Taking a shower is hard work people! 

Curl up in bed and add some poetry to the mix

You have to drink lots of water. Why not do it in a fancy glass!?

Alright, workouts are out of question these days but who said you can’t blast some tunes and dance in the shower! πŸ˜‰

You don’t want to but please take some fresh air…
….and wear some perfume while you are at it!

Sport a bright lip all day long. It works wonders!
